(i) process donations;
(ii) update your Kappa profile or membership information;
(iii) maintain local and national Kappa Kappa Gamma directories; and
(iv) process your registration for events.

When you update a Kappa profile, any such information you provide will be added to a database. The information in this database is used to maintain contact with you and to update Kappa Kappa Gamma directories. If you would prefer that we not publish any portion of your contact information in the directories, please notify the Membership Chairman in writing.

We will use third parties to help us provide services to you. These services include such things as operating our Web site, monitoring site activity, assuring proper use of our trademarks, processing donations and event registrations, and maintaining our database.

You should be aware that we may disclose specific information about you if necessary to do so by law or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with the law or is necessary to protect the users of our Web site, the site or the public.


Donor information that is collected by or for the Dallas Alumnae Association Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation, whether provided online or offline, is not sold or traded, and the Dallas Alumnae Association Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation does not solicit donations or send mailings on behalf of other organizations.


Dallas Alumnae Association of Kappa Kappa Gamma, Inc, Dallas Alumnae Association Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation, Inc., and their successors and assigns, sponsors, beneficiaries, licensees, affiliates, and employees (collectively "grantees") may use member names, photographs, pictures, voices, or likenesses (collectively "images") and/or the names, photographs, pictures, voices, or likenesses (collectively "images") of member invited guests for all promotional purposes related to meetings and events by grantees, including posting images on this web site. Continued use of this website will be considered acknowledgment, acceptance and grant to the grantees of the right to:

(i) use images in promotional materials or for any other legitimate purpose,
(ii) create composite or computer-manipulated materials from my images,
